By "existing outside the Episcopate", I assume this priest means the ACC.  Robinson must surely land under the authority of a true bishop somewhere. 

And yes, who did they think they were getting when they licensed Robinson?  They really have doubled down on stupid.

I have received some information from a clergyman who has a long history in the Continuum and who knows most if not all the major players in the ACC.  I am not at liberty to reveal his identity or post his texts.  I'll just say that they are "interesting".
